The RocGrowth website was created as part of a new initiative in the Rochester / Finger Lakes, NY region known as the Finger Lakes Business Accelerator Cooperative.
Born from a strategic plan developed by the Finger Lakes Regional Economic Development Council's Entrepreneurship & Innovation working group, the Business Accelerator Cooperative seeks to increase collaboration among all local entrepreneurial support organizations, and make it easier for local startups to find the right resources to help them grow their companies.
The project is coordinated by High Tech Rochester, the region's lead economic development organization focused on entrepreneurship and innovation-based growth.
